Recently, on 19th and 20th of October 2019, the 10th edition of Oggcamp was held in Machester UK. During that event I did a talk entitled “Running an open source community with (almost) no comunity. The “almost” in brackets was a late addition to the title because while developing the presentation the community grew from 1 to 3 people.
Of the talk in Manchester a recording was made, but unfortunately had poor audio quality. So I re-recorded it myself and uploaded a video to YouTube. You can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1P37-0qrUgA.
If you want to see the original recording? It is here: https://youtu.be/RjpGuUyS86o?t=2366.
Some people even took the time to write some nice feedback about it. You can find that here: https://joind.in/event/oggcamp-19/running-an-open-source-project-with-almost-no-community
